It's modded a bit. You have only medkits at beginning of map and pills only found in game. No defibs, chainsaws, upgraded ammo, or grenade launcher. In versus you have snare speak. (When you pounce, boom, charge, jockey, or charge you can talk to the one player on the other team. At end of round all talk is on and then turned off prior to start of next round.)

Server is harder but it's better than all the dang defibs. Server is located in Chicago. If you don't know how to put in the command let me know.
