I would like to see what this guy is capable of when someone actually tries to attack him.

Anyone can dance.

I agree and I get his punches are held, but he looks like he's never actually thrown a real one.

I can't speak for this guy, but the I've done a fair amount of umm... sparring outside of adult beverage serving locations and the hardest I ever got rocked was by a guy that knew Aikido. Now I want to learn it.

Also, Aikido doesn't really lend itself to MMA. Its more of a "get someone down and make them stay down" sort of style.

Well from personal experience, my dad is a deputy sheriff and a black belt in aikido. My stepmother also was a black belt in aikido, and I can vouch that both them can hold their own against anyone.

GSP would destroy those jokers! Am I right Parker?

I want to see Aikido Vs. Krav Maga..Krav Maga is the next martial art i really want to study. I speak from 8.5 years of Martial Arts Experience (MARTIAL ARTS, Not MMA). Aikido is a good take down art, however to actually apply it its not so much do each technique, rather it's more about just learning how to react to a situation.
