Unsecure mode

Whenever i try to join a server on DoD or team fortress i get a message saying i am in unsecure mode cannot connect to server,anyone got ant ideas,I have checked my VAC setting and i'm in good standing.

in launch options set -secure

reinstall steam completely, you can try deleting clientregistry.blob

or you can reinstall TF2 {or dods}

not sure if setting launch options will do anything,

deleting the clientregistery.blob forces your steam to update, you can find it in your steam folder {C:\Program Files\Steam}

Thanks Yamagata, I had to completely reinstall Steam,seems ok now, just lots of maps to download again now.
