How to set everyone to the same volume

Vent Normalization makes everyones voice the exact same volume. In essence, you won't blow your ears out or have difficulty hearing people.

Here's how:

1.Go to Setup

2.Enable Direct Sound

3.Select the SFX Button

4.Select Compressor and click Add.

5.Under Compressor Properties use the following settings

Gain = Adjust for how loud you want people to be. (I use 14)

Attack = 0.01

Release = Around 500

Threshold = Around -30

Ratio = 100

Pre delay = 4.0

Note: this screws with your ability to change the volumes of people separately. If you are changing someone's volume, you may need to turn them up or down more than you think.

Just a heads up, I tried to turn someone down and they got even louder.
