Unfortunately we can't ban him without his Steam ID. I would suggest that you add "status" to your admin bind, as that will get you all the Steam ID's whenever you open your admin panel.

Just to add I have seen him before in our server and right before he left, he killed a whole lot of teammates on purpose and then quickly left our server
