I saw him the other day, went 19-1 with the sniper. I specced him but was unable to see anything that just jumped out as a hack. Some other people were complaining.

Will be interesting to see the command staff's opinion.

Nothing out of the ordinary, no evidence that suggests illegitimate play. If you have a concern about a certain area of the demo, or another demo bring it to my attention.

i only uploaded because a member wanted me to demo him it just seemed like it was true and especially at specific points, ie: when he had mg in the axis ruins near the 2nd flag, and more times looked sketchy

He is not hacking, a 56 second demo will not change my mind. He should not have been banned and this ban is lifted.

Never ban someone for "hacking" unless you are beyond a reasonable doubt, and I mean 99.99% sure, that person is hacking. It is specified in the Hackers topic that we need a lengthy demo unless it is blatantly obvious. As for what blatant means, I'm sure you'll know when you see it.
