That kid is an idiot on the track too.... in his 125 days he was screaming fast and had so much talent. Now? While he might turn a fast lap or two, on any given weekend there are a handful of other guys who can go every bit as fast - and I'm glad for that.

Whos James Sewart?

He is the "fastest" man on a dirt bike. He has race AMA motocross and supercross for the past 6 years and has won a bunch of championships, but he like Goodwin said not as amazing as before. He has had some injuries and is getting older. He still thinks he can pull of some of the crazy lucky shit he used to do back in the day when the bikes were less powerful and much lighter. Now he is almost reckless and can come to terms for blaming himself. There was an incident between him and another rider, Reed, where Reed came low in a turn to preform a very aggressive block pass... Stewart had started to power out of the turn and ended up t-boning Reed. Now I believe both are a fault. Reed for taking an slightly asinine block pass attempt putting himself well in the way of Stewart and Stewart is at fault somewhat for not backing down quick enough. I believe Stewart could have stopped in time to avoid taking both out. Neither took blame for it and blamed the other guy...

Still i view it this way.... who was he trying to pull over? did he think a hot chick would be in every single car he pulled over? he is a completely moron and im sure he will do something like a again. people like that deserve to be dropped from what ever it is they are doing. if it was an ordinary citizen they would be facing a good long chuck of jail time and be out of a job in a heartbeat. but these "superstars" who have money and fame get away with nothing but a "don't do that again its bad" damn that pisses me off when people stupid shit and get away with it.

The fact that pulling over off duty cops was what got him caught makes me think he's pulled people over before. And I agree, the lack of punishment is just going to make him more full of himself and what's to stop him from doing it again, or maybe even doing something more extreme.

I agree. It is sad that they can't really get him where it hurts. He needs to be dropped from Nike (His biggest Sponsor) along with others. If Lebron did this it would have been all over the news but since Motocross is not a huge sport he is actually going to get away with it more than others... I do agree he needs more of a punishment but he has the money to push back the courts... Sadly my favorite sport is also a multi-million dollar contract sport though most of the money comes from endorsements instead of the contract by the team... I honestly don't like how much these athletes make and what they can do or get away with because of the money they have.
