Reasons for the Ban: He has VAC bans on his account. I recorded a demo but it was inconclusive to me. His score was 70+ and 20.

First and foremost after looking through the whole demo Mad Dog definitely has a good shot. However i can not find ANY evidence of hacking (Wallhack/No recoil).

I don't think he was hacking either, he's got a nice shot, and a 5 digit ID says he's been around a while.

There is a previous ban request on this same steam id, different name, he was not found guilty there either.

I recorded the demo yesterday and I didn't think I saw anything that was proof of him hacking.

But, when I saw that after playing just one day in the server he was ranked number 2 that made me suspicious.

Then I saw that he had vac bans on his account so I knew that I had to say something and leave it with the command staff to rule on.

Yesterday was the only time that I have ever seen him and he connected a handful of times and never had a KDR under 3/1. He was getting scores like 70/20 or 40/10 all day yesterday. But it was really the vac bans on his account that made me post the demo for review.
