I played the alpha of H1Z1 at SOE live and I can tell you it rocks. Well worth the time and effort to get it. I loved it and couldn't wait to get alpha access. Been Jones'ing for it since August.

I play with all the icons off and only the standard uniforms. No over head icons, no names, nothing. I try to get it as close to hardcore/street as possible. I love the German sniper scope. I've learned to use it and have come to like it. I used to have different uniforms for the models but nothing none WW II themed. I've heard some play with red and green glowing models, modern uniforms, modern scopes, red dot scopes, etc.

I believe there was a short series run in comics were Batman and Superman went at it. Batman won. He used his superior intellect to figure out Superman's weakness and exploited it. Super ain't the sharpest marble in the bag, nor does he have to be: He's nearly invincible, doesn't need to breath, even in space. Talk about a boring super hero. Besides all of this, he has pincers on his penis. Nuff said. I even think Sean Connery could take Superman. Lift his kilt and send Superman to his knees in awe. Watch out Superman, there's a tea baggin coming.

All I do is come on the server for a little DODS and I get mauled by requests to rejoin the unit. It's nice to be wanted for sure, but I never thought I'd get such a big response. Besides, any unit that would accept me as a member, I don't want to belong to. j/k Skip

Hey guys, Just wanted to drop you all a quick post and let you know what I'm up to. Still in film school and currently taking Web Design with Dreamweaver and Flash Motion Graphics. As far as acting: Last week I had three auditions and booked all three parts I auditioned for. People with parts in the trailer will most likely have the parts in the feature film) Gov. I would like to suggest,for time's sake, that we ban all Myg0t;s from the server. This is a known group of players that hack, and generally try to ruin the play experience for any server they populate. I remember having issues with them in the 6th, I banned them from BlackWatch servers, and now they're showing up on the 1st MRB servers. Hit me up if you need more info. MSgt. S. Francoeur

Reboot your computer in safe mode. This keeps drivers and startup apps from launching. Then you can go and find the offending .exe and delete it. Also go to Start > Run > regedit32 search for runonce When it finds the keys you actually want to go to run. It will be right next to runonce. Look in this key and see if this .exe is called in there. If so highlight the line and delete it. Look me up in vent when I'm around and I can talk you through this if you don't feel comfortable. Any changes to the registry could have a desasterous effect. Do this only if you feel comfortable doing it. MSgt. Francoeur

I do have my own High Def Digital camera (Panasonic HVX 200), mic, and some equipment. I guess I'll have to start thinking about how much I would charge. I have shot some of my own short films while in film school, but I am not acting in them. I love acting, and like, making films. I really love acting, post production (editing), and screen writing. Here ya go guys. This is a short film I did about a year ago. Been doing alot since then and have a lot on my plate for potential acting work. I'm also auditioning for a major part in a zombie film being shot here in Colorado. I'll be auditioning this weekend. Send me all the positive waves you can. I'm the main actor in this. It's a student film that was taking a script and reshooting the scene in a different way. I also have a commercial running in Utah, and a play I'm in starting this spring. That is paid and may also be shot as a feature film using all six of the original cast (I'm included in that). MSgt. S. Francoeur

DODers, I want to share with you some things I've learned over the last 46 years. Take this as you wish, but I hope that you will get something out of this. Hind sight is always 20/20, so I want to pass some of it on to you all. Age does have it's advantages, and I'm sure any of the older members of the 1st MRB or BAR will have similar in site. Live your dream. If you have something you love to do, like painting, music, acting, animal studies, or whatever, find a way to do it for a career. I know what the day-in-day-out worker, your parents, your current boss, etc. Will tell you, "you need to concentrate on making a living first and worry about everything else after you secure that." WRONG!!!!! It's easy to find a million reasons why you can't do what you love to do for a living. Instead, try finding a million why and how you can do it. Do what you love and the money will follow. At the very, very least, you will be more emotionally fulfilled and centered as a person. in turn, you will be more fully engaged as a friend, family member, and person. I know many of you will say that it is easier said than done, but I can tell you, looking back on my life, I wish someone would have helped me realize what was really important. Go to school and get your degree in your chosen field. Don't wait until later. Don't be lazy and blow it off because you drank too much, partied too much, or played a damned online game too much. There's more than enough time for all of that after you have your studies and assignments done. Plus, you'll feel a he'll of a lot better about yourself for it. I didn't go to college after high school. I wished I had. I went straight to making money. Finally at the age of 40, I came to my senses and went back to school to learn more about my field. In doing so, I learned what my real true love was. Acting, post production, script writing. Thankfully it hasn't been too late for me to change my focus and I have not regretted a minute of it since. Now I learn about, practice, and do what I truly love. It took me 40+ years to figure it out and to admit to myself what it was all about. I hope that my 40+years of life's lessons will help you out. Listen to your heart. Follow your dreams. If you don't do it now, when? It may turn out to be never. That's the real bitch of it all. More people have let their dreams go than you can ever fathom.
