No offence meant here but, in my country (UK) the NHS worked absolutely fine same as everyother nationalised service (train, bus etc) until we had some bitchy tory (margaret thatcher) privatise it all so that members of the cabinet could buy major shares etc in them. What's wrong with it, would you rather your taxes going towards taking lives (defence) or saving lives (health). The human race is going to die out if we refuse to help those in need. I admit that socialism has it's downsides but so does capitalism. In fact, so does EVERY political ideal known to man. Choosing the lesser of two evils is still chossing evil.

i only ever get a 2/1 kdr when no ssgt up is in the pub. i've found though that when everyone works as a team, all our k/d go up. Generally, you'll get a bad kdr if your acting as a lone wolf or just not thinking before you move. I've been on servers before where i've had most caps but smallest kdr and it's because im trying to cap but noone else is helping. It means nothing basically. soz about my fail typing, its only midday and im tired as......

There are better ways of punishing a child, more effective to. Some people dont understand the difference between respect and fear. It's not respect that keeps them from being trouble when you hit them (or us, i should say, considering my age), it's fear. That could be classed as harsh but what has this kid one, we don't know so lets not judge this guys actions too quickly, lets call the cops and let THEM judge his actions!!.

I love this, two countries divided by a common language. The language has changed. However, when you say soccer to mean what we call football you are completely correct. Soccer was initially used by upper-class Brits as a way of saying "Association Football" (the original name of the sport) quickly. About colour/color, it's probably just an error in translating (or maybe someone couldn't spell). Also Aluminium/Aluminum: The man who discovered it, Humphry Davy, the same man who discovered calcium, potassium etc (along with wuite a few others) named it alumium then changed it to aluminum. A bunch of rich upper-class mini-dicks decided that it wasn't in keeping with the rule in the other elements Davy had discovered/named (potassium, sodium, calcium etc) So they changed the name of it so their anal minds wouldn't implode. Then in 1925 - after using the word "aluminium" for some time - the US government decided to change it back to aluminum, don't know why. So on that subject, it's just a case of a mutating language and some pricks in suits

Glad someone noticed I have to apologise in advance here, I am about to start being a British bitch about some americanisms like "I could care less" and "Hold down the Fort while I........" I could care less means that you COULD (as in 'it is possible') care less, which does make sense on the face of it but NOT WHEN YOU MEAN THAT YOU COULD NOT CARE LESS! By saying the former you are basically saying that on a scale of one to ten (non-continuous, so no 5.7's etc) you care 1/10<care>10/10 including one and ten. I have just realised i have used GCSE Statistics in a rant about grammar and other things. Also, Hold down the fort? a) THE METAPHORICAL FORT IN QUESTION IS NOT GOING TO ESCAPE ANYTIME SOON, IT BEING PARTIALLY IMBEDDED IN THE GROUND FORTS CANNOT FLY/FLOAT SO DO NOT NEED TO BE HELD DOWN. FOR THAT REASON, PAIRED WITH IT BEING IMBEDDED IN THE GROUND (in the case of the common/garden fort e.g. Fort Knox), IT WILL NOT BE GOING ANYWHERE IN THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE. right, about 3 weeks ago i had a virus on my PC (the HDD rescue one), i managed to get rid of it last week by deleting all the files then rnning mcafee before deleting these files, mcafee was giving errors out like a little cybertronic bitch, and whe it managed to scan i'd get blue screen of death, that was fixed but then steam stopped working properly and would crashed when i tried to play a game. so i uninstalled it. i then reinstalled it yesterday and downloaded dod:s, i just went on the pub server now and the blood and gore consists of variously sized purple 'n' black cubes, WTF im going to go back on and bleed a little bit and see if it was just that it hadn't realised about the blood. ill keep you posted
