  3. Engle my Dad was at the game, I just showed in that video. He got mad.
  4. Vending machine ate my money now I can't get a redbull. FWP.
  5. Anyone have any stories on their favorite sports moment ever? Weather you attended the game or you witnessed it on television, anyone have an all time great sports moment for you personally? For me, easily this, just because of the roller coaster season and the fact I was there and watched this happen with my two friends who are Steeler fans.
  6. God I wish I could find the interview of GRRM on youtube, but he stated that when he first started writing the books he knew three things. -First, he knew that the details of when the Starks found the direwolves, the details of a "Summer Snow" was very important. -Two, he knew exactly how the ending of the whole books series will be. -Thee, filling out the space between the start and finish is the most difficult thing for him, because stated before, he knows exactly how everything will end, he just finds it difficult to put the puzzle together. And on a side note, he told the creators of GoTs that in an unseen event that George passes away before he finishes the novels, he told them how it is going to end.
  7. I am a religious man, I am ashamed that the WBC is considered a "Christian" sect. They are an evil and hateful cult.
  8. George R.R. Martin, who oversees most of the script writing in the show, has stated numerous times in interviews that there will be changes from the books to the TV show, which he welcomes because the books are books and the TV show is the TV show. Also, Robb Stark is a boss.
  9. I am really starting to believe this was an act of terror that whoever planned this was expecting a way more horrific outcome. This is awful, saddening, and sickening.
  10. Just got done watching Episode 3 of Season 3 and the ending....holy fucking Anyone else a GoT fan and want to discuss the events of season 3?
  11. Kobe venting on Facebook. I hate the Lakers, I really dislike Kobe, but you have to respect how great of a player he is.
  12. I show no mercy in this duel.
  13. At first I would agree 100% with this, but after seeing numerous interviews with Kobe this season, like this one he constantly is talking about walking away from the game on his own terms and not being another superstar athlete that doesn't know when to walk away. He probably will come back, probably, but I wouldn't bet against him coming out with a press conference over the off season stating his retirement. If that happens, Dwight Howard will quickly run to the Nets, or Mavericks, shortly followed by Nash's retirement.
  14. Shaq and Charles Barkley suffered the same injury, and attempted comebacks and retired because of it. Kobe is not the same size as Shaq or Sir Charles, obviously, but achilles injuries can be career ending to anyone, Kobe stated numerous times that he will retire at age 35, he is 34 right now. After this horrific season, I wouldn't be surprised if Kobe retired attempted a comeback next season and retired.
  15. I challenge anyone who would dare say they are a bigger movie buff than me. I really enjoyed this movie, the lead actor, Chadwick Boseman gives a absolute dynamite performance in this film. The girl who I went to go see this movie with had no knowledge of Jackie or anything to do with baseball, and she was inspired by this film for the way it portrays history. A couple of extremely cheesey movie cliches will make your eyes roll a little bit, but it doesn't overshadow the acting by Boseman and Ford. I give this movie:
