ran sfc /scannow and got " Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations." edit: restarted pc after and no change.

Ya I did a fresh win10 install last night and updated it afterwards.

shutdown /s /f /t 02 had the same result, but for fun i pressed the power button on the case and my pc did boot up. Not sure what may have changed that to work.

(Software, Hardware, Steam, Not sure) Brief Description of Issue: PC doesn't fully shut down, but rather goes into a sort of sleep mode, and the only to to shut down completely is to turn off the power supply. In this "sleep mode" -the fans rev up to max. -the "cpu failure" light on the mobo lights up. -the power button and reset button don't do anything.
