  1. Perhaps I was not specific, Bacon pizza, steak wrapped in Bacon, and Pasta with Bacon bits mixed around. And by mixed around I mean 90% bacon and 10% pasta.

  3. I admit not much of a teaser, but Battlefield is returning to large scale warfare with their new Frostbite 2 engine, and the PC version is confirmed to have 64 person battles, single player campaign, campaign co-op, jets, helicopters, and all the warfare you've come to love from the Battlefield series. Battlefield 3 is also coming out on Xbox 360 and PS3.
  4. Here: http://www.thedutycalls.com/ This is an actual "game," about a 700mb download. It's free, but be aware it's actually an ad campaign for a game coming out soon called Bulletstorm. Still pretty clever, and entertaining. But I should make the point that the game is just everything in the preview, plus a pretty badass Bulletstorm preview after you win. The reasoning behind it is that Bulletstorm wants to be everything that these games aren't, ridiculous over-the-top fun and inappropriateness
  5. Fixed.
  6. I will admit that Bean's story is better in accordance with the sequels, because the books that came after Ender's Game were just weird. But you can't beat the original!
  7. I'm sorry for your soul. Personally, I love books. In the President's Secret Service by Ronald Kessler is a damn good read. It teaches about how the Secret Service has operated since its formation, although more centered around the current era, mostly after the assassination of JFK. For more information on the Secret Service around JFK, read The Kennedy Detail by Gerald Blaine. I'm by no means a Kennedy conspiracy lover, I just find the secret service to be very interesting. Away from the nonfiction, I tend to read science fiction and fantasy. My favorite book is probably Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card. Although The Lord of the Rings is very close. Most recently, I read Windup Girl by Paolo Bacigalupi. I thought it to be a pretty good read, set in the future and uses "bio-punk" as a running theme. Of course, there are always old standbys, such as the Robert Jordan series, The Wheel of Time, which is being completed by Brandon Sanderson, who also wrote a very good series called Elantris. I also work in a Borders Bookstore, so I tend to see what the trend is. Recently, The Hunger Games series has become astronomically popular, and all of the readers have given it great reviews. Also, the George R. R. Martin series, Game of Thrones (also known as A Song of Ice and Fire) has become extremely popular due to its scheduling for release on HBO as a new series. Although I cannot recommend that series to anyone who is offended easily. It's quite a graphic book. And of course, The Walking Dead graphic novels have become very popular due to the AMC series that was created from them. I also enjoy "Choose Your Own Adventures" I KEPT MY FINGER ON THE PAGE IT DOESN'T COUNT.
  8. $9.99 on Steam Buy this game! You are a wizard. You are provided with elements: Life, Arcane, Shield, Earth, Fire, Ice, Water, Lightning. Combine them to make different awesome spells. Lightning and arcane together you can shoot a crazy beam of energy to explode your opponents. There are tons and tons of spells to try out. This game is the shit, try the demo at least if you're unsure. The demo is only 200ish mb and takes a couple minutes to download. Buy it now, thank me later.
  9. Thanks Command Staff! You guys rock!
  10. *Bump(ing)* this again. Make sure your signatures are not too large, or they will be changed for you!
  11. Hail to the King, baby. Unfortunately, I was unable to find this trailer uncensored. Fortunately, Duke Nukem Forever finally has a release date of May 3rd, 2011. After 12 fucking years.
  12. I'd advise going to nvidia's website to get new video drivers for your 8700M-GT. Also, make sure your computer is cleared off of old drivers, I find the program driversweeper to be helpful in making sure all old drivers are clear and not creating issues for me. Honestly, I don't think you should need to upgrade the BIOS.
  13. I misread the title... And thought, "Engle?" I'll just leave it at that.
  14. Awesome, but I wouldn't want to pay $600 for one. Still really cool.
  15. Personally, I prefer LoL or original DotA. Newerth seems like it's trying too hard to be for the "hardcore" DotA fans who would get pissed at players who didn't creep block or deny. In LoL I find many more casual laidback games, just good for a quick match between a class or before work. But to each their own, I have nothing against Newerth it just didn't fit with me. But when I have time I always like to go back to the original DotA and get me some Dwarven Sniper action!
  16. Goodwin that microphone you posted is quite literally the one I use. Great microphone, first had it on a Derby.
  17. Are "momories" memories your mother has?
  18. Four of my favorite bands: Muse The Who Wolfmother Gaelic Storm
  19. Haha yea, I think I'll go with that one, the $30 mail-in rebate sure helps!
  20. Thanks for the offer Farr, but I'm currently using a 7350 in my computer which gets me about 10 fps in DoD. As for the card, it looks nice, but how about this one?
  21. So, here's the scoop. I need a new video card, I was planning on buying my brother's old one but his lazy ass isn't upgrading until lord knows when. I used to have a 9800 GX2 (discontinued card) from BFG Technologies (dead company). So my card's warranty is null and void. And my card is fried, presumably from playing too much of the whole lot of nothing I've been playing. I need a new card, reasonably priced. Meaning I'm poor as hell, so the cheaper the better. Needs to be Nvidia card, I can't be doing a complete renovation here.
  22. You can not tell someone how to celebrate a holiday, especially one as important as Veteran's Day. Maybe they are imagining happy memories with someone they have lost, or are excited to spend the day with someone currently serving. Who are you to judge them for the wording they use? It's the same as me judging you for the heretical spelling throughout your post.
  23. Heheheheheheheheheh Good luck with that.
