I Cant acess the steam community page and i cant add people unless they are in recent played. When i try to go to Internet Explorer it has a message that says this: •Check your proxy settings. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Connections. If you are on a LAN, click "LAN settings". •Make sure your firewall settings aren't blocking your web access. •Ask your system administrator for help. I Dont know what any of thoes things are besides tha ask ur admin for help. I Was wondering if you could help me figure out how to make sure my firewall are blocking my Internet.
