The scientific systemization of all knowledge, or Architectonics, is highly developed in Architects, who are intensely curious and see the world as something to be understood. Their primary interest is to determine how things are structured, built, or configured. Architects are designers of theoretical systems and new technologies. Rearranging the environment to fit their design is a distant goal of Architects.

Architects are logically and verbally precise. In casual conversations, they may be tempted to point out errors the other speaker makes, with the simple goal of maintaining clarity within the exchange. In serious discussions, Architects' abilities to detect distinctions, inconsistencies, contradictions, and frame arguments gives them an enormous advantage. In debates, Architects can sometimes be devastating, or alienate themselves from the group with overly logical arguments.

Architects tend to analyze the world in depth. They prefer to quietly work alone and they may shut other people out if they are focused on analysis. Fieldmarshals are abstract, pragmatic, directive, and expressive. They tend to be highly skilled in situational organizing, directing their own actions and those of others. Their talent for contingency planning is a close second to their ability to coordinate, decide, and execute a strategy. Born engineers, they want to break an idea or concept into its most fundamental parts, subject those parts to intense scrutiny, and reassemble the idea before giving it their final approval. Providers are observant, cooperative, informative, and expressive. They are greatly concerned with the health and welfare of those under their care and they are the nurturers of established social institutions such as businesses, churches, social clubs, and schools. If someone wants to know what has been going on in the community, Providers are often happy to provide the details.

Providers are often attracted to the sales and service occupations. They are usually good sales representatives as they are visibly and honestly interested in the customer’s welfare. They are also skilled in other people-to-people careers such as social workers, clergy and teachers. Their personal loyalty to their superiors often makes them valuable secretaries.

Providers may be the most sympathetic of the role variants as they are highly sensitive to the feelings of others. This sensitivity can leave them self-conscious as they care about what others think of them. Providers are affectionate and they feel a need to be loved in return. I took this test a few years ago, slightly before my life kinda went to shit. Back then, I was more of an Inspector, and more or less corresponds to the time in school where I was more worried on the now and getting things done than the what ifs. Well, as some of you may know, my life kinda took a downward spiral months ago with stress and family, and as such, I rated on the scale as Protector on the Keirsey Temperment Sorter.

What does that mean? Well here be the summary if y'all too lazy to do a right click-> open as new tab on the links above on Firefox. I've added emphasis on what I believe I fit.

Protectors are observant, cooperative, informative, and attentive. They are greatly concerned with the security of others and they often find assisting the downtrodden or people with disabilities to be satisfying. Protectors also find personal fulfillment in ensuring the safety of others and may be attracted to jobs that enable them to do this as medical practitioners or insurance agents. Protectors are also quite skilled at executing routines and this enables them to be skillful in jobs that require conservation skills such as curators or police officers. Protectors are thorough, frugal and they abhor the squandering of material resources.

Protectors are comfortable working alone and they are often uncomfortable being in positions of authority. When they are in positions of authority, they often try to do everything themselves. Protectors have a very strong work ethic and this can lead them to be overworked. The least hedonistic of the role variants, Protectors are willing to complete jobs other role variants manage to avoid, especially if it enables them to help those in need.

Protectors often talk about daily life and every day concerns; however, they are not as sociable as other role variants. They tend to be talkative only among a close circle of friends. Protectors' shyness with strangers can make them seem to be cold even though they are often warm and sympathetic. Protectors are often undervalued as their commitment to security and their economies are often taken for granted.

Protectors value traditional ways of doing things and are not interested in experimentation or speculation. They deeply value family history, heirlooms and property as well as cultural norms and traditions. Protectors firmly believe in the stability offered by credentials, titles, offices, birth and other forms of traditional authority. Protectors dislike situations where the rules are constantly changing.

Now, to add more to the richness of this, I went and linked the actual Myers-Briggs Type Indicator page for ITSJ. It is a little closer on the mark without going into specifics. Below is what the ITSJ stands for according to the makers of the test.

ISTJs thrive on organization. They keep their lives and environments well-regulated. They bring painstaking attention to detail in their work and will not rest until a job is well completed. They are often dissatisfied with unresolved issues, whether in life or in fiction.

ISTJs are faithful, logical, organized, sensible, and earnest traditionalists. They earn success by thoroughness and dependability. Shutting out distractions, they take a practical, logical approach to their endeavors. Realistic and responsible, they work steadily toward their goals. They enjoy creating order in both their professional and personal lives.

Despite their focus on their internal world, ISTJs prefer dealing with the present and the factual. Keen observers of life, they weigh various options when making decisions. ISTJs are well-prepared for most eventualities and have a good understanding of most situations. They believe in practical objectives, and they value traditions and loyalty.

Champions are very individualistic and they feel a need to experience significant social events. Champions consider intense emotional experiences to be vital to life and view the world as a drama. They are constantly seeking to learn about everything that has to do with advancement of good and the retreat of evil in the world.

Champions are keen observers of the people around them. They have exceptional intuitive abilities and are capable of intensely concentrating on a particular individual. Champions are often able to read hidden emotions and to place significance on the actions of others. Champions are constantly scanning their social environment and intriguing characters are not likely to escape their attention. Their attention is usually active rather than passive. Champions are warm, energetic, spontaneous, positive, exuberant and dramatic. Other individuals usually find these personality qualities to be attractive and often want to be in the company of Champions. Champions usually have good people skills and get along well with their colleagues.

This can get champions into trouble if they do not express this to others correctly; or if others or groups take suggestions from champions as criticism or as the champion telling them what to do, instead of viewing it as the offering of an idea. This can confuse champions who have not yet realized that some people do not like change, or that some people can perceive this offering of advice in regards to change as the identification of a defect. This is because champions who are not at odds with themselves typically like to improve upon themselves and their situations as new information becomes available.

Masterminds are introspective, pragmatic, directive, and attentive. As strategists, they are better than any other type at brainstorming approaches to situations. Masterminds are capable but not eager leaders, stepping forward only when it becomes obvious to them that they are the best for the job. Strong-willed and very self-assured, they may make this decision quickly, as they tend to make all decisions. But though they are decisive, they are open to new evidence and new ideas, flexible in their planning to accommodate changing situations. They tend to excel at judging the usefulness of ideas and will apply whatever seems most efficient to them in accomplishing their clearly envisioned goals. Jerkoff/Asshole/Douchebag:

Dicks are obscene, frustrated, pompous, stubborn and frequently angry. They tend to be a bummer to hang around, especially in public. They tend to point out flaws and ridicule others to take people's attention off their own shortcomings. While in solitude they often cry themselves to sleep at night wondering why they have no friends. Dicks are the most close-minded of all 16 variants tending to still believe that women do in fact, belong in the kitchen making sandwiches. Dicks are easily noticed by their driving patterns, as they frequently speed, don't use turn signals and cut people off who have the right of way. There is also usually a high volume of Dicks at local bars, ordering the cheapest beers until they have the courage to sexual harass a female and/or make fun of a person who is just minding their own business. A few Dicks have been spotted in the gym shower comparing themselves to other men by taking a nonchalant glance around the shower when in fact, they are checking to see if their penis is the smallest (This is also done in the form of "Neck-scrubbing", an act which the Dick in question looks down to scrub the back of his neck while looking at a plethora of penis out of his peripheral vision.) Dicks think they are the next best thing since sliced bread as they tend to brag of the greatest moments in there life, frequently repeating themselves to ensure they have been heard, when in fact most of the stories are lies. Dicks are frustrated due to the fact that their mothers didn't love then enough and that they have a small, unsightly penis which most women giggle at leading them to vent their frustration out on others instead of themselves. If you see a Dick, be sure to keep your distance from it.

Architects are introspective, pragmatic, informative, and attentive. The scientific systemization of all knowledge, or Architectonics, is highly developed in Architects, who are intensely curious and see the world as something to be understood. Their primary interest is to determine how things are structured, built, or configured. Architects are designers of theoretical systems and new technologies. Rearranging the environment to fit their design is a distant goal of Architects.

Architects are logically and verbally precise. In casual conversations, they may be tempted to point out errors the other speaker makes, with the simple goal of maintaining clarity within the exchange. In serious discussions, Architects' abilities to detect distinctions, inconsistencies, contradictions, and frame arguments gives them an enormous advantage. In debates, Architects can sometimes be devastating, or alienate themselves from the group with overly logical arguments.

Architects tend to analyze the world in depth. They prefer to quietly work alone and they may shut other people out if they are focused on analysis. This, coupled with the fact that Architects are often quiet, makes it difficult for other individuals to get to know them. In social exchanges, Architects are more interested in informing others about what they have learned than they are interested in directing the actions of others.

Credentials or other forms of traditional authority do not impress Architects. Instead, logically coherent statements are the only things that seem to persuade them.
