Screen resolution

Im having trouble getting my video settings back to Normal (4:3)

after trying the wide screen settings a coupple of days ago.

When i try switching back i get the following message in my console:

--- Missing Vgui material vgui/crosshairs/

'userconfig.cfg' not present; not executing.

Host_WriteConfiguration: Wrote cfg/config.cfg

Anyone know how to fix it? And if so please leave a step-by-step

It looks like you deleted our config.cfg file and you have a call for exec userconfig.cfg. It looks to be missing, but that should have nothing to do with your video card or the resolution.

If you edit your config.cfg file, right click on it, select Properties, and then uncheck (if needed) the read only file. Launch dods, change your resolution and screen size (4:3 or 16:9, 10), exit the game, recheck it as read only.

hmm, that didnt do it... the screen never changes to 4:3.

Would it help if i just got someone elses config file, if thats where the problem is?
