New Patch / Update for DoDs

So today I logged onto steam and DoDs had another update. But this time the update seemed to remove your mini map picture. All pictures are gone on all the maps, its just the flag points that you see. Im not sure if we have to wait this one out or not but I thought i would throw it out there.

yeah and after the update my ping just rised above 200 and i know its steam that is jamming out my connection but i dont know how to fix it

and i just found out on css they have a christmas event so everytime anyone die they drop presents and its all for achievements

They are reporting on the Steam forums that it is in DODS too, but only on winter maps. So look for this on Kalt and Colmar.

No word on a fix for the minimaps yet.

Kalt and Colmar aren't the only maps, unless the servers I went on were setup differently. They also don't make the models disappear; they act like a dropped gun, except one cannot affect it by blowing it away with nades or shooting it, rather one can only run over it and pick it up.

Our servers, for whatever reason, do not have these gift drops.
