Its awesomely addictive.

I've just finished carving my first 4 story house out of a mountain, and words cannot express just how proud of it I am.

Anyway, I vaguely remember someone discussing it on the pub server at some time, but

cant recall who... so I was wondering who else is playing it?

Any tips?

Is it any good multiplayer?

I'll look out for Lafy and ask him about it when I next see him. Thanks for the info.

I'm considering trying to build a turing-complete programmable computer inside it, which

is technically possible, given all the redstone circuitry. It might be a huge waste of time though.

I doubt that a programmable computer would work very well... the redstone is a little buggy, especially when the construction gets very large, but who knows. Give it a shot.

We have 2 servers up and running, one was our main server but is now effectively dead. We mostly use it for prototyping.

The rules are pretty simple.

Don't steal from other people's chests

Don't break/mine/set fire to/blow up other people's things

Don't build ugly shit too close to other people's houses (STONE!)

Not a rule, but out of courtesy, stay out of other people's houses/mines without asking permission.

I've never had the drive to play that game, seeing my brother sit for hours upon hours to build a weird blocky submarine just seemed like a total waste of time. He even tried to make his own youtube videos.

Yeah I agree. I'd rather build a map is sdk source and be able to do something with it =P

Yes very pointless indeed... but just so satisfying!

I have just completed a big castley house at the end of town on Lafy's server.

I'm very proud! I had to increase the size of the town wall, and everything!

OK - check out the western end of town...

Aswell as my new 4 story house, I've extended the wall, and put in a gatehouse building.

I have also put up a chicken/egg farm, and a cow farm, for the general public to use.

Someone else had an empty farm area, so I rammed it full of pigs... theres probably too many pigs now.
