Reasons for the Ban: Team Killing, then was kicked when he returned, Tked again then apologized, then started to call admin "A Pro Idiot"

I have seen this behavior before from this person. He is a regular that definitely knows the rules. Lacks respect. The Name Chmera is also one of his alias- this name was banned permanently before, I do not know why he has since been un-banned.

Recommended duration of ban: Up to the CS but i recommending a perm, as it s not the first time I have seen admins have a problem with this guy.
