Close, body structure is relatively the same. But, I never horde a bench for Abs, thats blasphemy in my eyes. And besides that I almost never work out abs. The only fail I ever had was 440lb incline barbell bench. It went down, and never came back up. I sat on the bench for a good couple minutes waiting for some one to notice that I had 440lbs worth of weight collapsing my chest. Then some gargantuan Force Recon marine came over and scooped it up with one hand and I left the gym in shame and humiliation, my social standing in the gym heirarchy had been destroyed.

OMFG this is very scary what people do when they do not know the equipment !!! mostly on the bench press and doing the dead-lifts lol

was there Richards on the bench? that was like wuff , went down quick and stayed? scary

lol, you mean a Smith Machine? Otherwise known as the "Bitch press because the machine does almost everything for you"?

Remind me never to go to the gym with you. you'd probably just max out a machine and leave me on it to die.
