"Wag The Dog 2"?

Here's the translated version:

"Kim Jong-un, sly fox?

Roch Blier

Kim Jong-un is it as crazy as it leaves the show or does it use extraordinary means to initiate a revolution in his country and thus bring it into the twenty-first century?

In light of what I read in the papers, it seems plausible that the strong man of North Korea, a young man who has studied in Switzerland, so probably in tune with his generation and certainly aware behind his country compared to the rest of the world, has concocted a scheme to circumvent rather clever two insurmountable obstacles to any change in his country.

The first: the army. At its head: the dinosaurs of the regime, the hardliners, those of the old school. Brain washed by the principles of the old regime and with whom all negotiations for reform or change is futile.

The second: China. Only ally of the regime, indispensable economic partner, it is unthinkable to change the country to democratic values, human and economic, such as are found in Switzerland, for example, without risking that the hand that feeds us take the throat.

In short, the challenge of Kim Jong-un is huge, and does not belong in comparing these two enemies. It remains political games: deception, manipulation and finesse.

Braving the United States and the international community, threatening the entire planet of war, he demonstrates that he did not have cold feet and goes into the pocket and the heads of the army.

This threat, which never lead to an armed conflict, will result in the conclusion that North Korea is a regime far too irresponsible to possess nuclear weapons. Intervention interference in North Korean affairs, from the international community, will be inevitable, and suddenly the country just to get rid of the Chinese takeover.

The table is set for a quiet revolution in taste European and / or North America. Playing the game of the victim that prioritizes the safety of its citizens, Kim Jong-un retain the support of his army, the confidence of his people, and therefore its power, while admitting the eyes of China powerless against the invasion of modernism.

Visiting Eric Schmidt, CEO of Google, shortly before the recent events, it is probably not unrelated to the plan of Kim Jong-un. Well aware of the power of the Internet, such as the Arab Spring has shown us, the web is the way of the opening of the North Korean people of the world. But if La Presse article titled "What is the boss of Google in the Internet locked country?" The mystery is likely to "unlock" before long ...

This whole scenario may be a fantasy, but I find quite striking coincidences between a young man who has studied in one of the most democratic countries in the world, and then became the head of the dictatorship of the most closed in the world.

The visit of a mysterious baron of the internet, his daughter and a former diplomat states unien (Bill Richardson), and absurdity, shortly after, the threat of nuclear war against the first power in the world. Not to mention the fact that this young man has also shown some openness to North American values, inviting his friend Dennis Rodman (former NBA star), watching a basketball game with him to Pyongyang. Kim Jong-un, sly fox?"

This opinion piece has some definitely plausible conclusions and maybe North Korea might be going through a "Hunt For Red October"-esque moment.

That would be amazing. I admit I was a bit surprised when he went all batshit crazy on our asses because given previous declarations by him, I expected a much more moderate leader than Kim Jong Ill. If this was his plan, it would explain a lot. But hey, it's very possible he's just going after more aid too.
