Also got to admit I hate maple syrup, it is too sweet. I hate pretty much anything that is too sweet to be honest so it isn't Canada's fault. So your syrup has no power over me.

Sounds like you have only had that soured Quebec syrup, you need to try the real Canadian Maple Syrup produce in truly Canadian provinces that are 100% Canadian and not 49% separatist like Ontario and New Brunswick, then our syrup will have the powers over you!!!

Ignorant comments like that fuel the separatist movement.

Sorry.

Considering there is talks about Quebec separating again, 45% of my taxes go to Quebec and I'm in one of the poorer provinces that should be keeping the money that Quebec is taking. Not really ignorance lol

And sorry but the Maple Syrup from Ontario and New Brunswick really does taste better. Try it sometime. I'd recommend this place in Ontario: http://www.templessugarbush.ca/ - they do an amazing sunday brunch every week as well.

I understand, the separatist movement makes me sick and I have been against it all my life.

I'm Canadian.

I like my maple syrup with lots of high fructose corn syrup. Lots and lots and lots of corn syrup. In fact, you can leave out the 100% real maple, I'm good with artificial flavoring.

That is too sweet as well. I don't like syrup I guess.
