weapon_ifm_steadycam error

Brief Description of Issue: weapon_ifm_steadycam error this sometimes pops up in console. and while doing that my screen temporarily darkens and everyone's rag dolls fall to the ground my ping will be at a normal amount. it is kind of annoying because i can be mid fire fight and this will happen. I tried playing without my autoexec and nothing happened but i only played for 10 minutes so i am not 100% sure it worked or not.

I recently skinned my guys hands but within 2 seconds i hated it so i removed. so i am back to all default skins.

Since you have been playing a while I am pretty certain it is a config issue. What I would like to do is to turn off some items in your config to see if the issue persists or if everything works okay. If things do work okay then we know that one of the items that I commented out is causing the issue. At that point we can start to enable configs a few at a time until we find the one causing the problem. Please start with the autoexec config below.

it was working fine until towards the end of my gaming session (about 2 hours when it happened again I not sure if it was the same thing but there were no rag dolls just a huge lag spike time issue. I was the only person connected to the Internet and my lung was 30 which is normal. This issue occurs on our server and others server

i am not getting disconnected, but there is a lot of lag at random times. i randomly did some of these

i am using the same hud i have always used

i am using the same config i was using before i had this issue. (the one i posted)

the problem kept happening despite me lowering graphics, disabling hdr and disabling multi core

i turned the multi core back on but my hdr is still off. these settings were already set and were still happening so i stopped playing for about a week then i came back and it stopped

the only thing that really happened was a windows update to microsoft windows defender. so maybe it was that, but who knows.
