What a piece of sensationalist bullshit. Instead of laying out a possible scenario, they just say "HEY, LOOK THIS COULD'VE HAPPENED!" Without anything to back it up. Oh, Mr. John Chuckman, an ex-oil CEO thinks it could've happened? Well, my neighbor the canary salesman says the post office is going to do a lot better next year. It's like saying any other country in the world shot it down, it's like saying aliens came down and zapped it, it's like saying a T-fucking-Rex materialized on a cloud and chomped it apart. There's absolutely nothing to this and I hate that it has any attention at all. This is sub-CNN coverage, and that's saying something.

Mirror = tabloid. I'm pretty sure I saw an article from them a few weeks ago about how Obama is actually Osama bin Laden.

Well you know what they say, "Innocent until proven guilty" :P And also why would the US and how would they launch a missile without China or India noticing anything, and to take down a jet so close to the Indian mainland would be risky as well for obvious reasons. So no its no way the US shot it down but some other country might have...

I've heard the theory before, though not for the US, why the hell they would be firing missiles in SE Asia baffles me, its just as likely China or any other country in SE Asia shot the plane down and are trying to cover up such an embarrassing act as anything else.

I personally hate the theory that somehow the plane is somewhere in Pakistan or Afghanistan and was apparently not spotted by anyone aside from apparently a couple special agents in Pakistan. These same people are saying WWIII is imminent and that a Terrorist group funded by a government is going to put a nuke in that plane after repainting it and use it somewhere else to spark a war with Russia or China and the US.

This whole news story is FUBAR, nobody has any evidence of anything so people are just speculating out their asses like they're all apparently experts.

Actually We did it! It was part of the Amazon package delivery drone system. The USA decided to give Amazon FAA approval to use drones in low altitude air space only if they could conclusively prove that they could alert the US Air force of "suspect" packages that may contain explosives or defective dildos and allow the USA to shoot said packages out of the sky. All of the initial test shoot downs happened just south of Malaysia and we inadvertently shot down the plane. As the shoot down drone operator, I am wracked with conflict about my actions. I have tried to punch a puppy, lawn mower a kitty and punch myself in the balls over and over again to no avail. I therefore am confessing.
