Finally! I've found a server with banter, how I've missed that.

A bit of background, I've been playing DODs since the year dot and before that I was a beta tester on this new game called CS (1999 anyone?). I was one of the founding members of [OAP] which finally folded in 2009 and some of us moved over to THVC. Alas life takes over and I tried the BF series for a while, before it started to become COD for dummies.

My life now switches between Portland, OR and Dublin, Ireland because of work, so I get to play for an hour while the kid is asleep and the missus works on the next one! You rarely catch me mic'd up, so you're missing my dulcet British tones, but I can still hear you!

Thanks, as much as I'd love to join a unit, I've done the whole admin/platoon leader/clan leader/tourney thing and now I just want a friendly server to run around on and have a bit of fun, whilst inadvertently committing suicide with a primed 'nade (happens too many times a map lol)

      MARINE CORPS ENLISTMENT OFFICE Camp Pendleton, CA   RECRUITMENT LETTER     Hello Paul Smith, Thank you for taking interest in joining the 1st Marine Raider Battalion.   During your trial period the following will occur: Once accepted as a Recruit, you will remain as a Recruit for 2 weeks from the day of your acceptance until the next BCT Class is offered. During your time as a recruit, it is highly encouraged to play within the Public Server and join Discord with our other members. Upon acceptance, you will be contacted by one of our DIs when the next available BCT is scheduled via the appropriate Discord channel.   We have a BCT class every two weeks. Please keep an eye out for when the next one is made available once you've completed your time requirements!   Upon stating that you understand all the information here, an admin will change your forum name and login to be :   P. Smith 1st MRB   Take the time now to change your Steam and in-game name to:   Rec. P. Smith [1st MRB]     Please make sure to verify your forum account by checking your email.
