Ok picture is from iraq around 2004 but still it seems the news itself is correct, 82nd Airborne seems to be the unit that took the prisoner at march 17th

I've seen that pic before like you said its not a new pic. Ive seen it used in memes. Based on the camos I'd say that's the marine corps not the army.
