Thank you Hill. The only reason why I'm not in realism's is because my schedule is never a sure thing so I dont want to risk lateness or absence.

all you senior NCO's have a lot to teach us newer people. Why it hurts to see one of them retire or resign. Valuable experience and knowledge being lost. Be advised, I also include W.O.'s and officers in this. A vast amount of knowledge there. We need to learn from them. So much to learn and not enough time though. So we learn what we can and go from there.
