Service Disruption :: St. Louis

A hardware failure is causing a problem with one of our network segments in St. Louis. We have already prepared a replacement, and it en-route for replacement on Monday, May 2nd.

We are attempting to restore service levels temporarily. The failed device operates temporarily and will be scheduled to restart every 4 hours. This will cause a momentary disruption, but should allow it to function until the replacement is in place.

Service is restored currently, but due to the nature of the failure, there may be subsequent interruptions. We expect reboots of the affected equipment to happen at 4 hour intervals starting at 6pm EST until the equipment is replaced on Monday, May 2nd. We will follow up here with additional updates as necessary.

A couple updates.  It looks like we're good for now, but we might see some restarts every 4 hours until Monday, and we'll probably go down for a while then when they replace the equipment.
