I've got quiet a few games on my backlog right now that I wish to pick up, but since everything except RDR is on Steam I'd like to pick these games out slowly. My list, as of now, is as follows: Star Wars Republic Commando, Medieval II: Total War, Jade Empire, and The Witcher.

Out of all those, I'd like to know which game I should grab first. I'm extremely indecisive when it comes to anything like this, so any help would be much appreciated.

do as the crasy swedish guy like i am. dl the game try em out and if you like em buy em! that is whay i do. as "Star Wars Republic Commando" is a singel player game and i dont usely buy singelplayer games.

but thats me!

republic commandos campaign is fucking sweet. i generally sway from playing any star wars games these days but when it came out a few years ago i played it at a friends house and knew i had to get it for myself. as far as total war games go they are fun to play with other people and fun to kill some time. its always funny when you give yourself the best units and the computer a bunch of peasants and just slaughter them.

Captain... Is it bad to say that is the main reason Medieval 2 is on my backlist? Had one of the older ones and just had fun sending waves of people after peasants. As for Republic Commando.. Yeah. It's supposed to be really good. It'd be a nice change of pace from the dull colors of New Vegas.

I'll be completely honest here, I've easily logged 100+ hours into my Medieval Total War. If you get it with Kingdoms and play all the mods and campaigns it will keep you entertained for a very long time. Plus the Lord of the Rings mod is just pure epicness. I know its not in your list but Mount and Blade Warbands online is pretty epic too.

right now i am playing the witcher and man i recommend it a thousand times over especially since 2 is coming out sometime soon the storyline is amazing and the game makes you feel like a real badass :D but the 2 other games i have no clue about so witcher is the only one i can recomend
