So according to gameservers, servers with bots aren't supposed to be ranked. How then are they having it so that their server never drops below 20 people?

I've noticed this bout Battlegrounds servers too. They'll say there's like 26 people in the server but if you connect then there's actually only like 6.

I wonder if gametracker still cannot tell the difference between ghosts and bots. We had a ghost issue a while back and gametracker recorded the ghosts as actual players.
