HEY YOU SCANDINAVIANS!

Captain Giraffe BAR

Recommended Posts

Hey all you nordmenn and svenska,

I'm thinking about going up to Sweden or Norway for a long weekend, probably in April. I'm wondering where I should go, and if you guys want to meet up.

There are really cheap flights from London to Stockholm if any of you are near there, and also relatively cheap flights to Oslo. Let me know if you guys are near either of those places and want to hang out/if I can sleep on your couch/doghouse/giraffe house.

For those of you who haven't been around here long, I promise I'm not an ax murderer, and I can prove that I'm a mostly normal/upstanding person.

FOR NORWAY!!! (and Swedennn, but not as much)

No. fucking ax murderer! I live pretty close to Stockholm but not super close, and my parents hate you so you can't live here! Lol but seriously we could meet up in stockholm and go grab some swedish blondes yo!

I don't know if Swedish blondes are beer or women. Either way I'm up for that!

Ball's in your court, Norway.

Well, today you learned how to use the

word "Norsk" and "Studere", so I say

you are all set to get your ass to Norway!

It might not be as cheap to come to my

town, but if you should happen to make

it, I will deffinately give you a guided tour.

We might even have a couch for you for

a night or two (depending on when you

are planning the trip)

Oh, and I hope you like hairy men, that

picture of "Reis" is NOTHING!

Awesome Branem!! I really want to visit the motherland. Does Trondheim have an airport or would I have to fly in somewhere else and take a train/when do you think would be the best time to visit?

The airport is called Værnes and is about 40

minutes outside the city, with busses leaving

to and from every 10 minutes.

If you want to see Trondheim in all its glory

I would recomend a trip in the summer. This

time of year its cold and windy. Not great for

walking around knowimsayn' :)

If that doesnt bother you any time is fine i guess,

I can arrange it so most of the kids are out of

the house ;)

Alot of Europeans type like this. Why?

I guess it is kind of neat to see a cool

little paragraph when your reading. I

am not angry, I am impressed.

We should try to get this style of

typing in the the Americas. It is

kind of a neat little way to type.

However I wonder why they use

this style of typing? It is almost a

pain in the ass to make sure your

text stays in a box like shape.

But typing like this is

pretty cool. :D We

Should start typing

like this all the time

:D

Jesus chriiiist guys, hahaha, there is a perfectly good explanation to this; I was typeing on my IPhone. And typeing like this makes it easyer for

me to go over what I just wrote, to make shure I remembered everything and what not. See, now Im writing on my computer, bigger screen,

longer text lines. Gahh!

But by all means, if I just started a trend, I like it. lol

Sooo, one of the things I though I was going to show you when you visit in april was the bridge "Gamle Bybro", one of Trondheims most famous tourist attractions, and in

a way the pride of the city. There is a song written about it and we call it "the portal of luck"/Lykkens Portal. It was originally built for military purposes back in 1681 and the

king himself paid for it.

And then I saw this..I think we will stay away from this bridge..forever..I want to burn it..let's burn it. It will be fun.
